My approach
To form long term working relationships not one hit wonders
To work ‘in the moment’ during training interventions, working with live issues as they arise.
People centred in a business context.
I do not do
Off the shelf programmes.
Overly academic content which misses touching the group or individual.
Superficiality or detachment from reality.
Corporate jargon and management speak.
Technical training.
