For over 25 years, I’ve partnered closely with organisations to build leadership capability and grow potential. I work alongside organisations to help them create a culture where people can be at their best and navigate the ever-changing, high demand world of work.

Using my Gestalt background, the work I do is based on human connection and dialogue. I take a practical approach to leadership development - blending curiosity, experimentation and grounded support. I balance this approach with an appreciation of the wider system people operate in and the accelerated digital transformation we are all currently experiencing.
