We offer 1:1 coaching and team coaching either as part of a blended learning and development solution or as a stand-alone activity.
Coaching sits within the JennyPullenLtd values framework, under the belief that:

My approach
Foundations of coaching approach rooted in Gestalt principles.
Person – centred, blending appropriate coaching theories and disciplines.
Qualified and working within ethical guidelines.
Flexible: Face to face or online – or a mix of both.
Pragmatic and action orientated.
What’s involved?
We would normally start off with an introductory meeting or call. This would be for us both to scope out the situation and decide if there is a good fit all round.
From here, we would move into a number of sessions – normally between six and eight. I’m on hand for email support between sessions.
