I bring over seventeen years’ experience in the field of training, coaching and facilitation. My work incorporates all aspects of learning and development activities including analysis of needs, design, delivery and evaluation. I particularly enjoy working closely with my clients to deliver quality training that leaves a lasting impression.

I work best in a challenging environment with groups and individuals where interventions lead to long-term positive changes. My specialist skills include facilitation, coaching, analysis of needs, and the flexibility needed to meet these. I am creative and energetic in programme design and delivery. My success comes through building and maintaining effective relationships.
